To make this process smooth and transparent, we have established the following Refund and Return Policy.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

This means you must place a return through website within 3 calendar days after receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.

Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return or exchange request will be approved only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damageddefective, or different from what was ordered.
  • The product must be unusedunworn, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The product should not have any stains, marks, or odor (e.g., perfume, detergent).

Note:

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been washed, used, altered, or handled in a manner that affects their resale condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Personal-use items such as socks and intimate accessories

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before making your purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your product via WhatsApp or email at stylenmallu@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your Order IDregistered name, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond with approval instructions.
  4. Once approved, you will receive guidance on how to return the item to us securely.

Please ensure the returned item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping & Inspection Process

  • The return shipping cost must initially be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the item, our quality inspection team will carefully check:
    • Whether the return reason (damage/defect/wrong product) is valid.
    • Whether the product is in unused, original condition.

If the return is approved as genuine, we will refund the full product cost along with the return shipping charges.

However, if the product is found to be used, damaged, or not meeting our return conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For online payments (Razorpay): The refund will be credited to the original payment source.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: The refund will be transferred via UPI, after confirmation with the customer through WhatsApp.

Please note that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

After Processing the Refund Request, we typically process refunds within 2–3 business days.

You will receive a notification once the refund is successfully completed.

8. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product instead of a refund, we will be happy to help — subject to product availability.

An exchange is possible if:

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The requested item (different size, color, or design) is available in stock.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

9. Important Notes

  • All return or refund requests must be made through our official contact channels (WhatsApp or Email).
  • Products returned without prior approval may be refused.
  • Refunds will not be processed for products that fail to meet our inspection standards.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with our policy.
